- All goods will be shipped from two to five working days of artwork approval. Goods will be transferred via recorded Track & Trace delivery to your designated address.

All payments will be processed securely and confidentially by PayPal. Print Direct (Business Print Limited) will not have access to or store your Credit Card number at any time. If it is necessary for us to request any personal information the purpose of doing so will be disclosed. Information collected is used to complete transactions that you request: If you purchase personalised goods you must provide certain information which will allow us to process your order, such as your name, address and contact number etc. If you supply us with your postal address, we may send you some promotional material relating to this service. You may opt out of any electronic correspondence by logging into this site and switching off newsletters. Any postal correspondence may be cancelled by writing to customer_service@printdirect.ie. It may be necessary to share the users personal information with outside shipping companies and to relevant credit card processing companies in order to bill and ship the order. If a specific investigation requires personal information supplied it may be necessary to disclose personal information relating to those individuals. - Print Direct (Business Print Limited) guarantee that all goods will be supplied to our award winning quality standards. No cancellations will be accepted once print production has commenced. A digital proof will be supplied prior to print production. It is your responsibility to check all proofs thoroughly as all errors in print will not be considered the fault of Print Direct (Business Print Limited) once sign-off has been received.

- Once your order has been placed, a digital proof will be supplied to you the same working day.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All payments will be processed securely via PayPal. Print Direct (Business Print Limited) do not have access to nor do we store any of your credit card information.
- Viewing Orders
- You can track your order via your Account Page - access to which is available through the My Account panel. Alternatively, you can ask your dedicated Customer Service representative, with whom you will have direct contact information for once your order is placed.
- Updating Account Information
- Please ensure that your delivery address and all relevant contact information are kept up to date at all times in order to ensure our best attention at all times.
